Laser Cutting.

We stay ahead of the curve.

Using 10KW cutting power we are able to cut metals from .020” to 1” thick. We work with a wide range of materials including brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, and mild steel with precision of +/-.002”.

We have two state of the art fiber lasers and based on the application can cut using shop air, nitrogen & oxygen to offer lower cost and shorter lead times. 

Bending & Forming.

We pride ourselves on accuracy & consistency.

Our computerized brake press technology and precision ground tooling hold parts to +/-0.005” in tolerance when bending.

Our seven press brakes can accommodate large and small bending applications, from 1/8″ up to 10 feet wide.

We carry a wide range of punches and dies to form simple or complex parts. Our experienced team of operators form and bend complex fabrications using industry-leading techniques.

Welding.

Often “over-engineered” our products are made to stand the test of time in any environment.

Prioritizing aesthetics and durability, our capabilities in MIG & TIG welding are a critical component of the fabrication process and allow us to offer a one stop shop from sheet metal to finished product.

Tool Creation & Stamping.

We stay true to our roots.

We began as a machine shop that designed and built stamping dies and have transitioned to and end-to-end metal fabricator. We have the team to build any tooling to meet your needs; including single hit, blanking, forming, or multi-stage progressive dies.

Not only do we make tools, we run them as well. With two stamping presses, we are well equipped to run parts from a coil or on a single hit.
